Day 2

Day 2 didn’t get off to the best start. I spent a long time last night up reading bits and bobs online and so didn’t get to sleep until late meaning I was very tired this morning. Anyway I woke up and had my Formula 1 shake along with my tablets and felt almost instantly better! I was more awake and assertive as well as not feeling hungry any more.

Seeing as I woke up quite late my first shake was at around 11.15am so I didn’t have my second shake and tablets until 4pm. This was when I finally felt hungry again! I snacked today on a banana, a satsuma, a plum, a peach and some nuts. Finally for dinner I had a pasta bake of extra lean mince, a tin of chopped tomatoes, sweetcorn and carrots with whole grain pasta and extra green beans.

Today I again felt amazing throughout the day and I am looking forward to waking up tomorrow and doing it all over again!

Tomorrow also marks day number 1 of my 100 mile cycle training. I am aiming to cycle from the centre of Bristol to the centre of Bath so roughly a 32 mile round trip and a good start.
