Before I start Blogging I will share with you my goals and what I want to achieve using the Herbalife© products and by when.
I haven’t discussed my health and fitness goals with anyone yet so I am unsure how realistic they actually are but this is what I am looking to achieve over the next 12 months:
- 12% or less body fat
- Complete a 100 mile cycle
- Run a half marathon
- Be able to perform tricep dips and pull ups unassisted (no counter weight)
- Have visible abdominals (vain I know!)
This could well change as I said I am not sure how realistic they are. Also I don’t know my current body fat percentage so unsure of how much I need to lose.
You will be kept up to date with my progress throughout this Blog and I will update this with my measurements ASAP.
